‘Interest and enquiries’ but Christopher Nkunku not looking to leave Chelsea — report – We Ain’t Got No History

Christopher Nkunku’s debut season at Chelsea was a challenging one, marked by a series of injuries that prevented him from showcasing his full potential. Starting in preseason after his high profile €60m transfer from RB Leipzig, the 26-year-old faced significant setbacks including a knee surgery, which limited his appearances and impact. But these difficulties have only made him more determined determined to prove his worth at Stamford Bridge.

According to Sky Sports Germany, Nkunku has received “interest and enquiries” from other (unnamed) clubs over a potential move from Chelsea this summer, but he is committed to staying in London and establishing himself as a key player for us.

Nkunku was a standout performer at Leipzig and hopefully a full summer of rest and recovery (he was not selected in France’s Euro 2024 squad) will help him replicate that influence at Chelsea as well. With a bit of luck, a fully fit Nkunku should make a significant impact for us in the upcoming season.
