West Ham United star Lucas Paqueta has gone through an incredibly difficult last 12 months or so.
Lucas Paqueta faces an extremely uncertain future with West Ham, after it emerged last summer that he was being investigated for his role in potential betting breaches.
Since then, things have gotten even worse for him, after he was charged for his alleged role in the betting scam.
Should Paqueta get found guilty of the charges being levelled against him, he reportedly could receive a lifetime ban.

With things up in the air for the 26-year-old former Lyon man at the moment, speculation has been swirling about regarding a potential transfer away from the London Stadium.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the West Ham owners wanted to cash in on the play-maker, if for nothing else other than to cut their losses.
And now some new information on the player’s situation has just come to light.
Lucas Paqueta twist comes to light, West Ham still have the power
According to Brazilian outlet Globo, Flamengo are determined to sign Paqueta ‘immediately’.
This comes after they made a £12.6 million bid for the Brazilian – one that was rejected out of hand by West Ham.
It was recently reported that Paqueta is actually pushing to leave the Hammers this summer.
However, Flamengo will seriously have to up their offer for the South American star, if they genuinely want to sign him.

West Ham paid Lyon £51 million for Lucas Paqueta two years ago, so if we are going to sell him this summer, I would expect the board to demand £30 million as an absolute bare minimum.
Despite the fact that the Hammers will undoubtedly be open to selling the former Lyon man this summer, I can’t see a scenario whereby he leaves us on the cheap.
First and foremost, Lucas Paqueta needs to find out whether he will actually face any punishment from the FA before any club surely even contemplates signing him from West Ham.
