Jules Kounde was a surprise visitor at Barcelona training on Friday as the Frenchman returned to the club just days after being knocked out of Euro 2024.
The defender impressed with Les Bleus at the tournament in Germany, but France’s hopes were ended at the semi-final stage on Tuesday by Spain.
Kounde has not jetted off on holiday just yet though, with the defender turning up to the Ciutat Esportiva to check in on new manager Hansi Flick and his team-mates.

— Anabella ❤ (@AnabellaMarvy) July 12, 2024 It’s not known yet what Kounde’s plans are for the summer, but you would expect he will take some time off to rest and recover after a long season for Barcelona and France.
Kounde played 54 games for club and country in the 2023-24 season and is due a break before the start of the new La Liga season in August.
