Competition heating up between Bayern Munich, PSG for Rennes attacker Désiré Doué – Bavarian Football Works

According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich has stiff competition for Rennes attacker Désiré Doué in the form of deep-pocketed French power Paris Saint-Germain.

With interest in Doué spiking, Bayern Munich could have to pay more now for the 19-year-old than originally anticipated:

As reported yesterday: @PSG_inside now have entered the race with an offer for Désiré #Doué ✔️

It should be higher than the offer of Bayern in the range of €35m.

Rennes demand €60m + add-ons but all parties involved expect a realistic transfer fee in the range of €45-50m + bonus payments.

Doué wants to take a decision soon. Bayern and Paris are there. Advanced talks between Doué and Bayern …

Plettenberg also had information on PSG’s bid for Doué:

Understand that @PSG_inside have offered €40m + €10m add-ons for Désiré Doué today!

Will Bayern Munich up its ante to bring in the youngster?
