Northern Region Officer Receives Notice to Appear: QLD Police 15 January | Mirage News

A 59-year-old male sergeant from the Northern Region has been served with a notice to appear in court, charged with assault whilst on-duty. The officer is suspended from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court on February 1, 2024, charged with one count of common assault. /Public Release.
